Jed D. Melnick, Esq. is the Managing Mediator for the Weinstein Group and works directly with Hon. Daniel Weinstein (Ret.), one of the nation’s preeminent mediators of complex civil disputes. As part of Judge Weinstein’s team, Jed has been involved in the mediation and resolution of hundreds of disputes with an aggregate value in the billions of dollars. Jed has mediated over 500 disputes; published articles related to mediation, founded a nationally ranked dispute resolution journal, taught young mediators and had the primary responsibility for successfully mediating numerous high stakes cases.

Lizbeth Hasse, Esq. is an attorney with an internationally-oriented practice in the intellectual property, media and business law fields, has been an active neutral for 10 years in a wide range of cases.

Hon. Rebecca Westerfield (Ret.) has repeatedly been recognized nationally as a Best Lawyer in ADR and has consistently been listed among the top neutrals of California. She was formally a trial court judge and is a founding member of JAMS. She has been a full-time mediator and arbitrator for 18 years in multi-party complex litigation involving class actions, insurance, securities, business contracts, financial markets, healthcare, catastrophic personal injury, employment and products liability throughout the U.S.. Michelle Yoshida, Esq. has successfully mediated and managed multi-party and multi-faceted cases. Working with the Hon.
