Welcome to our Mediation Center

During 20 years of mediating complex cases all over the country and the world I have always wanted to create the ideal environment for mediation here in the heart of the Napa Valley. The new Center makes that vision possible and allows me to split my time between Napa and the JAMS New York and San Francisco offices.

Lawyers and clients at the new Center have responded so far by being more focused and more cordial with each other and perhaps slightly more incentivised to reach agreement. Participants work very hard and settlements are aptly rewarded afterward with the finest wines at the tasting room.
